Thrive Health Center is proud to offer a series of exercise programs that fit the needs of each individual to help them achieve total harmony, balance and vitality that result in health, vibrancy, energy and inhibit disease. Our goal is to help you integrate the body, mind, emotions and spirit to achieve a perfect equilibrium of health and balance.

Our programs include:

  • YOGAHatha Yoga from India that focuses on specific postures and breathing techniques to bring Body, Mind and Spirit into harmony by opening all the body’s subtle energy centers that are aligned with the organ systems and nervous systems bringing health and longevity to the body. The movements are done in a slow easy asana or posture and the Yogic Breath is the foundation of this practice. Learn More
  • PILATES – A form of exercise developed by the German immigrant, Joseph Pilates that uses spring-driven machines as well as a series of floor exercises which focus on using the core muscle groups of the body, the abdomen, lower back, hips and buttocks to strengthen and tone the body. Learn More
    • PILATES and YOGA should not be confused or integrated. They are two very different systems. Pilates is an exercise that focuses on just the core muscles and breathing, while Yoga opens up the energy centers of the body through breath and postures. To combine them is to lose the pure essence of each.
  • TAI CHI – An ancient Asian exercise to achieve health, tranquility, longevity and the complete equilibrium of the body using movements that are circular in motion in a soft, slow and continuous movement that allow the interaction of the two life force energies, Yin and Yang to integrate resulting in the total balance of the body and increasing longevity.   • QI GONG – a timeless practice that releases the body’s Healing Energy and is a way to prevent disease and improve health.  It is a practice that uses healing postures, movement, self-massage, controlled breathing techniques and meditation. Qigong practice moves the life force in the body and allows it to flow properly sending it to distressed areas so the body can repair itself more quickly and easily. Learn More
  • MOVEMENT TO MUSIC – There is a Spiritual energy that permeates ALL of life and the universe and it’s especially felt in MUSIC! Let this energy engulf, permeate and center you as you clap, sway and move to the beat! In these classes, you’ll feel the flow of the universe and reach a state of balance and harmony. You’ll not only be a healthier YOU, but you’ll feel the rhythm of the Spirit within you, not just hear it!
