Relaxing Swedish Massage – One-half hour, $40.00; one hour $65.00; one and one-half hours, $90.00

Swedish Massage is a delicious collection of traditional long flowing massage strokes, using light and refined oils that are designed to treat the soft and muscular tissues of the body for your total relaxation and regeneration – a great way to relax tense and tired bodies.

You can expect better circulation, increased flexibility, glowing skin, stress reduction, the removal of lactic acid and toxins from your joints and muscles and the complete relaxation of your nervous the nervous system. Intensive Deep Tissue Massage – One-half hour, $45.00; one hour $65.00; one and one-half hours, $90.00

Intensive Deep Tissue Massage is a powerfully penetrating massage that uses slow deep strokes with the use of a rich and hydrating cream that applies direct pressure or friction which loosens and lengthens the deepest layers of the muscles. Applying greater pressure than with Swedish Massage, the application of pressure to “trigger points” using fingers, forearms, hands and sometimes elbows, dramatically helps to decrease spasms, release toxins and breaks up adhesions that affect the deepest layers of muscles, fascia and ligaments.

Intensive Deep Tissue Massage is extremely effective in treating:

Chronic pain
Insomnia, loss of vitality, depression and memory loss
Stress symptoms such as anxiety attacks, headaches, nervousness and irritability
Energy and blood circulation problems

Trigger points are “hypersensitive” areas in the muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments that refer pain to the distal regions of the body and are similar to the acupuncture points in Chinese Medicine. They can be the result of repetitive or stressful motion, such as “carpal tunnel syndrome”, trauma or poor posture. Even dietary, environmental and emotional stress can create these localized areas.

Neuromuscular Therapy is the use of sustained digital pressure applied to the various trigger points to relieve pain and discomfort. It’s especially beneficial in:

Relief of headaches
Release of emotional tensions
TMJ conditions
Frozen shoulders
Sciatica and leg pain
Neck spasms

Sports Massage – One-half hour, $40.00; one hour $65.00

Sports Massage is designed specifically for sports and fitness enthusiasts. The techniques used in this specialized type of massage loosens tight or spasmed muscles, improves the body’s circulation and speeds up the elimination of waste products (lactic acid) that cause sore muscles.

The Sports Massage Therapist assists the client in stretching out the muscles for more flexibility, especially for muscle warm-up before and cool-down after athletic events or working out.

Pre-Event or Workout Massage is applied before the workout.
- It enables the muscles to hold more oxygen during the performance for a more thorough workout.
- It also stretches the muscles in preparation for the workout reducing the possibility of injury
- Deep tissue therapy is not used in this massage
Training Massage is used to identify any problem areas that may arise during training.
- The client will be able to identify any weak areas that may require extra attention in the workout.
Post-Event Massage allows the muscles to heal at least 50% faster than with just rest alone.
- The massage pumps oxygen back into over-worked muscles relieving the pain associated with lactic acid buildup that causes soreness and stiffness.
- This rehabilitation massage allows the client to quickly return to normal routines with little or no pain, more flexibility and strong muscles.

Auyrevedic DOSHA Massage – One and one-half hour, $110

Auyrevedic DOSHA Massage is a unique and highly specialized massage that uses heated sesame and other essential oils that are specially blended for your unique and individual “DOSHA”, or “body-type”. The heated oils are poured along meridian lines and then worked into the body with synchronized massage techniques. Ultimately, a stream of warm oil is applied to your forehead, inducing a profound feeling of deep inner peace.

By having regular prenatal massage therapy, woman are more relaxed, healthy and in a better frame of mind and state of health for the baby’s delivery. The pregnant mother is massaged on her side in a semi-reclining position and gentle massage strokes are applied over her back and entire body.

Post Natal Massage – One hour $68.00; one and one-half hours, $95.00

Our Post Natal Massage is a soothing and gentle full-body massage specifically designed for the needs of mothers, especially in their post-partum stages. It will help to bring their body and hormones back into balance, tone and strengthen their muscles and abdomen and reduce the “new mothers fatigue” syndrome. A MUST for any new mother!
